Changing Opinions

u all must hav experienced this na !! sometimes things happen such dat we are compelled to change our view or opinion about something !! well... it happnd to me too... the scene - "Koffee with Karan" the subject - gud'ol Himesh !!!

i hav to tell u... before watchin dat interview i was a little critical about Himesh (as critical as Chappell and Sourav were to each other.. as i said.. just a little !!) i didnt like his style of music (u cant really call repetitive crap a "style" but dats wat we ll call it since i hav undergone a change of opinion) his nasaly irritating voice and his crappy attempt at 80 mm was a disaster... (u may wonder wens the change of opinion comin !!!)

wen i saw the interview i was amazed !! he is a very intelligent guy !! he is a pure baniyaa !! he knows he is givin us crap .. but he is happy makin money while doin it !!! he is a very level headed guy... he is funny too !!!! (goin by the amount of girls dat dump him in his videos u wudnt think he'd be funny na !!) he is very ambitious !! he kept mentioning about winnin over the remainin 1 % junta of india... plz... Mr Himesh... get real.. a little more than 1 % junta hates u , u know ?!! newaz... the thing is.. he seems an ok guy... just think of him as an intelligent baniyaa !!

Advertisements !!
we all love to hate them , dont we ?! god knows i dont want to watch another "cricketer" smilin at me and tellin me to "go get it" ... (i really want to tell him "to go stuff it" actually...) now i get it... dats why he gets out so quickly... he must be in a hurry to go get it na !!
enough of the bashin...
advertisements are really stupid expenditures which ultimately we bare !! it is a known fact dat the real cost of the soft drinks we drink is only 10% of the market cost. the rest is due to advertisements by celebrities like the one mentioned above who really stink at wat they shud be doing !!(notice how i very calmly passed a half baked piece of info dat i had as fact !!) it is not their fault actually... its the "Marketing Executives " who are STUPID enough to think dat we consumers fall for such things !! c'mon.. seriously.... do they think dat we think about how Sachin drinks his pepsi before a match (and comes back into the pavillion very quickly , so dat he can drink another, i think) or how Amir Khan drinks his coke "sir uthaake !!" ?? we DONT !! we just grab watever we see and more importently watever is BETTER !! even more STUPID is the new Airtel add about the young boy who makes his dad listen to drops of rain fallin near his home when dad is away !!! really.. voice clarity !?? is dat wat they are tryin to sell ??! all mobile users worth their salt wud agree , the "voice clarity" of the airtel network is as true as Bush's claim to World Peace ...

moral of the story... Marketing Executives are Induhviduals who are pushin consumers towards stupidity so dat they end up selecting their products bcos god knows nobody in their right frame of mind will buy the crap....

first of all.. before i start.... a lot of people didnt understand my blog yesterday !!! (must hav been those induhviduals who accidentally stumbled upon some text which mentioned them !!! hahahaa........)

Out of Body !!!

i read an interesting article in the papers today !! (surprised na !! me too....) it was abt "out of the body" experiences dat some people hav... for the ones not in the know... it is a phenomenon where u get the feeling dat u r floating above ur own body and see the world from a dii perspective !! hence the name "out of body " !! (u cud hav figured dat out urselves , u know ?!)

this is very intriguing na !! many people claim to hav had such experiences ..... there are already people who claim they can do it at will !!! (paranormal has always had this normal trend !!) dont take me wrong . i am not makin fun of the paranormal !! i regularly interact wit the paranormal beings !!! they are called profs , just a defensive measure so as not to insult them !!!

paranormal always ends up pointing towards separation of the mind and soul , which later leads to so called scientific claims to rebirth , life after death etc etc .... this is a topic abt which everybody has an opinion !! not all of them are as articulate and informed as mine !!!

think abt it ... see if u can conjure up a personal accnt of the paranormal experience .... if u can...delve deep into ur mind and heart and try to find reasons why u r makin Life (as simple as it is) so complicated and out of the ordinary... may be , just may be... the problem is within ...

Destiny !!!

some people believe in it , some dont.... one thing is for sure , no one can escape it !! i m a firm believer in destiny ... i believe dat every life has a purpose. every soul has a callin ... god (or n e other supernatural being u want to call it) has a definite plan for each and every one !!

u may feel dat all this is crap.... for a long time i felt dat way too.... i mean... lets face it... wen everything seems unclear... the whole world seems like a big mess of noise , hatred and darkness. we seem to be lost in a sea of choices each one more difficult than the next.... how can we believe in destiny !?? how is it all predestined !??

well.... dats the beauty of it... u just hav to hav faith...in watever u find suitable.... u just keep workin as hard as u can and watch the magic unfold !! there are countless accnts of so called miracles in human history which are beyond the scope of human understandin !!! (lots of engineers who hav come out of the exam halls thinkin they will fail miserably only to find a beautiful 40 on the mark sheet will second me on this one !!! )

that was really heavy !!! my brain is tired now !! it can only produce so much crap in limited amnt of time na !!! hahahaaa... well... u may find all of it as crap..u may find it very interesting... either way.. i made u read !!!

sick leave of the mind !!

sorry for not being visiting yesterday.... i had a sick leave of the mind !!! didnt really hav n e thing to say.... no point in rambling on...(which is wat i am doin rite now ironically !!)

today i will introduce to the philosophy of Scott Adams (creator of the Dilbert comic strip) ...
according to this principle.... almost all people (barring the people reading my blog !!) are stupid , morons !! the world is filled by them... they are the majority by a clear margin.... the sole aim of life of men like us is to effectively immune ourselves to the Induhviduals !! and leverage their stupidity to our advantage !!!

really....think abt it... it is very true !!! even in ur everyday life... u will meet tonnes of these Induhviduals who make u r life very difficult and in general bring down the average level of intelligence of the group around u !!! this is how they work.. they try to dumb u down.... if u dont , they brand u as a heretic and laugh at u as u struggle !!!
dont worry ... the situation isnt as bleak as it sounds... there is a solution... a way around it...

Different

Today was DIFFERENT !!!

for starters...i realised someting which i think is very very significant to my life... i realised dat death may be waitin for me round n e corner !! nothin significant happnd dat drove me to this conclusion really !!! its always like dat wit me.... my wanderin mind is all i need to come up wit these really utopian sounding conclusions !!!

wen u come to this line..u will realise dat i didnt really provide u wit n e information abt my recently discovered philosophy of life !!! u really need dat ?? i thght so too... hahaha...

i did something creative today !! (which is a huge achievement considering i was in coll all day !! not the best place to encourage creativity, u must admit !!) as usual...i m really not goin to tell u wat i hav created.... keep guessing !!!

today was as different from others as a chinese man is different from his other billion countrymen !!! why shud it hav been !!?? i didnt do n e thing to make it different , did i ??!!
which brings me to a very interesting question.... are we responsible for every thing dat happens in our life !!?? is Destiny really in our own hands ?? i dont think so... if it really was.... god knows my life wud hav been different.... well...if it isnt.... why do i feel dat i hav a choice at every step ??
why do i feel dat i can change my life ?? (heavy na !!!)
